Setup Help
We
have compiled these instructions on setting up the
most popular software packages available today. Should
you need more help or if you have a program that is
not listed here, feel free to call your customer service
representative. Although the webmail interface is
really intended as a way to get your email while you
are on the road, some users may find it more than
sufficient for day-to-day use. As always, let us know
if there is any way in which we could improve our
service to you.
NOTE
ON USERNAMES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES:
Please
keep in mind that your username will most likely not
match your email address. For example, if your name
is Joe User and you work for Megacorp, your username
will probably be juser_megacorp (or joe_user or joeuser_megacorp
depending upon how and when your account was entered
into our system). This username is not your email
address. Your email address might be juser@megacorp.com
or any variant of that that you or your company selected
when you had your account set up. You should have and
will probably need all of the information listed below.
